data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lorsque les prototypes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipe R&amp;D sont suffisamment avanc\u00e9s, ils sont confi\u00e9s \u00e0 des consommateurs ou \u00e0 des professionnels pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans leur propre cuisine, selon un protocole d\u00e9fini en amont.<\/p><p>Pendant une \u00e0 deux semaines, les participants cuisinent, exp\u00e9rimentent et documentent leurs r\u00e9alisations avec des photos et des vid\u00e9os pour nous partager leurs pr\u00e9parations, leurs d\u00e9gustations, et leurs contextes consommation.<br \/>La cuisine \u00e0 domicile permet aussi aux participants de faire go\u00fbter les produits \u00e0 leur famille, leurs amis, leurs coll\u00e8gues ou leurs clients, de recueillir leurs r\u00e9actions et ainsi d\u2019enrichir les retours sur les produits test\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Ce dispositif permet d\u2019observer les logiques d\u2019appropriation et les d\u00e9tournements, mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9valuer la performance r\u00e9elle du produit : go\u00fbt, texture, format, comportement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration ou \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p><p><strong>Les enseignements sont ensuite traduits en recommandations pour permettre aux \u00e9quipes R&amp;D d\u2019ajuster les prototypes.
